The key word here is "Members". Most WG participants are representatives 
of "Members" - their companies. If your company has a representative on 
the Working Group, then communication between the Working Group and your 
company can (and should)  be handled via that representative.

That relieves the Working Group of this burden. For people not on the 
Working Group, we have to communicate directly.
