I use Xep from RenderX to do this for historical reason, but I think
that now FOP is abble to do this without problem.

- Press Quality Settings
- 600 DPI
- Embedded Fonts
- Embedded Images
Can this be done using FOP?
Is there another processor that can do that (and how would I do that?)
Would post processes such as acrobat distiller be able to pump up the
quality (likely not)
