Thanks Marc,
I have indeed found some pages on the FOP site that indicate
that at least FOP can do PDF/X and PDF/A
thanks

Hi,
I use Xep from RenderX to do this for historical
reason, but I think that now FOP is abble to do this without problem.
Have a look at http://xmlgraphics.apache.org/fop/1.0/output.html

Hi all,
Currently I am creating some web PDF using FOP.
The same application should now be used for high quality printing
Meaning that the customer wants print ready PDF for distributing
- Press Quality Settings
- 600 DPI
- Embedded Fonts
- Embedded Images
Can this be done using FOP?
Is there another processor that can do that (and how would I do that?)
Would post processes such as acrobat distiller be able to pump up the
quality (likely not)
Thanks
Geert
