There is no special requirement. I can use either version (.net or java). I mean like instant saxon (only single saxon.exe) and no other files. No problem !!! thanks

No, but the equivalent 8.9.0.3N is, provided you have .NET installed.

But there's a reason you are asking the question: what are your actual
requirements that the Java version doesn't satisfy?
