Subject: generating HTML without 'Loose.dtd'

Hi!
I got a problem with the generated html in Cocoon.
My Problem is, the page doesn't look like I wanted it and the problem is the
DOCTYPE line.
After it will be generated from an xsp-file and a stylsheet file xsl, it's
written in the html-file:
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN"
"http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd">
The page looks completely weird... espacially the background-style....
Does anybody know how I can disable the last url
("http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd") ????
