Which is the bit I'm saying shouldn't be necessary.
OK if you have pdf tools, lots of us don't.
I'm hoping this could be resolved something like
<page-number-citation ref-id="abd" use="pg-num"/>
or some way of saying use the actual page number, not
the citation based on the id value.
Hope for 2.0?
