just wondering if anyone has used fop to generate mif files, according to
the http://xml.apache.org/fop/0utput.html
"This format is the Maker Interchange Format which is used by Adobe
Framemaker. This is currently not fully implemented"
if anyone does have this information what things should I most definitely
avoid?
