Or a variant of it that doesn't arbitrarily forbid mixed content.
It doesn't matter to me whether the name and attribute-map are siblings
of the child sequence (as I proposed) or as the first two elements of
an array, the rest of which is the child sequence.

Most languages are dramatically underdescribed, and at least one is
dramatically overdescribed.  Still other languages are simultaneously
overdescribed and underdescribed.  Welsh pertains to the third category.
