I would put W3C Schema, ISO Schematron and ISO RELAX-NG as peers and 
have all three then point to ISO NVDL.  As you have it, ISO RELAX-NG 
is absent and W3C Schema looks like a prerequisite to ISO Schematron, 
which it isn't.
