Instead of using a literal result element, copy the original:

 <xsl:template match="soapenv:Body">
   <xsl:copy>
     <xsl:attribute name="id">MsgBody</xsl:attribute>
     ...
   </xsl:copy>
   ...

This isn't guaranteed to preserve the prefix, but will in many XSLT
implementations.
