Dynamic assembly is a database problem.  Dynamic 
rendering works reasonably well for IE which enables the 
registration of 'behaviors' for namespaced components. 
The tough part isn't figuring out what to do with the 
message dynamically, but how to respond dynamically. 

What have ye all to say about dynamic protocols? (e.g., what 
to do with a non-MIME type)?

Homophily theory says that the cost of diversity is 
less efficient communication because learning and 
mistaken meaning have to be accounted for.  Usually, 
negotiation is the right answer but a common answer 
is violence (virtual or otherwise).

Negotiation is the right answer, I think.

Even if namespaces could help in this case by associating components, I
believe one would still need to tackle the dynamic assembly piece, which
I believe is the toughest piece.
