I am using SAX parser and my own Handler (content and lexical handler)  to
parse and transform a XML document. I would like to avoid that the &
entity is expanded. When the method characters(char[] chs, int start, int
stop) of my content handler is called the chars already contains the
expanded entity. How can I solve this problem ?
