Hi.

Is this:

	<foo:bar:42 xmlns:foo="something"/>

a wellformed XML.1.0+XMLNS.1.0 document?

MSXML rejects it, Saxon (Aelfred?) and Xsltproc (gnome libxml) accept 
it. I think that MSXML is right to complain here (neither "foo:bar" nor 
"bar:42" are legal NCNames).
