With the release of UBL 1.0 Beta for implementation testing (see
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/tc_home.php?wg_abbrev=ubl), a
new mail list, ubl-dev, has been formed for the public discussion
of the OASIS Universal Business Language.  The list will begin
operation Monday 15 December and is open now for subscription by
the general public at http://www.oasis-open.org/mlmanage/ .
