It's not which, but all.  The whole markup stew that's lived in the Web
browser.

HTML, SVG, CSS, XUL (if you're in Mozilla), etc.

Stop work on the browser, encourage people to work in a markup language
that's tightly bound to MSFT object structures.  That's a pretty clear,
simple, and hopefully uneffective game plan.
