That might be an interesting project. But just wait until the YAML 
people start fighting with the RDF people about the use of URIs and 
namespaces. ;)

There is also N3, which I have sometimes considered for the same role 
(metadata inside markup). The only problem is both languages use angle 
brackets for their own syntax!
