RDDL, a proposed answer to the riddle of what goes at the end of a namespace URI, has its origins in this very list's namespace permathread. The W3C TAG picked it up last year, and after some active discussion through about November, it seemed to go quiet. At any rate, Tim Bray announced some work on www-tag, and it seems reasonable to point to it from here.
