Hello:

	I was reading a brief tutorial about Canonical XML.  In it the writer states: 

		"There is a 'special' version of Canonical XML that includes comments."

	Doesn't the existence of a special version of canonical xml mean that there is no canonical xml?
	Does anyone know why  this "special version" was included in the spec?
