Hi!

Another idea for future XSLT versions:
have an annotation-element-prefixes attribute on the xsl:stylesheet
element and an xsl:annotation-element-prefixes attribute
that can appear on literal result elements. The effect
should be analogous to extension-element-prefixes
but in this case the XSLT processor should just ignore
the elements.
