Have a look at http://www.w3.org/Graphics/SVG/SVG-Implementations.htm8
There is clearly more then the Adobe SVG viewer.

It is too bad that the SVG world is so dependent on a single 
closed-source implementation. It would be more healthy if there were an 
active community around another native implementation like the one 
embedded in Mozilla.
