Hi All,

Background
 I need to do XML parsing and creation on VMS OS.  I will be using 'C
Language'.
 As MSXML is only for Microsoft OS, i need to use some other parser. 
 As of now i came to know that i can use 
	JAXP1.1, Xerces and Perl scripts. 

Information Needed

 1) Is there any other parser i can use in C language on VMS OS ?
 2) Which one of these is better for the reasons of ease of use, performance
etc ?  Recommendations..
 3) Where can i get some sample code and 'How to" for JAXP1.1, Xerces and
Perl scripts ?
