If the above URI identified the W3C, then what gets returned via http is a
representation of the W3C.  This representation may be in the form of a
hyperdocument, but it is still only a representation.

Or are you saying that (not knowing of Tim's/Mark's statement) the above URI
could just as easily be identifying the resource that is the hyperdocument,
and not the W3C itself?
