Well since XSLT is supposedly "Turing complete" one might reduce anything to
a transform, but yes, the process of augmenting an infoset with types might
correspond to a transform which adds
"xsi:type=" attributes to an XML instance. Attributes, shucks, not so clean,
but one could hack something together.
