Our customers really don't know much about XML.  It is a 
checkbox.  Again, if they do that, say yes and take their 
money.  If they say "NENA spec'd ANI/ALI using the XML 
format", it is money for value.

They learn that from reading the business magazines specific 
to their business type, not the Wall Street Journal or USA Today.

Customers don't REALLY know everything about what's good
for them. (Hey! There is no kind way to say it!) That's why things have to
be hammered out in interminable meetings.
