I have been looking for a book or other resource that gives a
comprehensive understanding of the DOM in its various incarnations,
JScript, Visual Basic, VBscript, etc.  Most of the books that I
have seen deal with the DOM in 2 pages or less or deals with it
at a very high theoretical level.

Could anyone recommend a book or is anyone writing a book that deals
extensively with the DOM?
