Are you supporting the jar: URI scheme from the JarURLConnection class in the JDK, http://www.javasoft.com/j2se/1.3/docs/api/java/net/JarURLConnection.html?  Do you have a reference for a java: URI
scheme?  http://www.w3.org/addressing/schemes had java: as a scheme for which it was missing a reference and didn't list jar:.
