Thanks!   Did they put a condensed version 
on the web?  I am losing the battle with the 
information firehose these days.

One might note that such encounters and strategies 
can be classified as "creative" and "non-creative" 
encounters.  The former not only allow ambiguity, 
they embrace it.  That is why I see mostly fixed 
price work.

Today must be citation day :) Rosenschein and Zlotkin's book, "Rules of
Encounter" is good stuff and all about applying game theoretics to machine
negotiations.
