Remember that discussion a few weeks ago about XSL FO? 

When I looked at the GCA proceedings CD ROM for XML Europe, I found
(of course) all the papers in PDF, created by XSL FO. Would you find
that out from the blurb on the CD from GCA? No, just a vague
implication that Arbortext Epic was used to do the work (which it was
not).

Ah, its depressing. Why does one bother?
