We don't learn about a filing until a patent is approved. The only way to
change the system is to change the law. That's got to translate into votes,
and that's not very likely because the pro-patent hype sounds so good
(protect the innovators) even though it's a lie, it's a good one. I'm afraid
this one has to play out in the economy. Not happy about that. Dave
