Apparently Wall Street and Nasdaq also noticed the pounding by  
denial of service attacks.  It seems some people are awfully 
scared by the sudden realization of just how easy it was to 
do and how little can be done to prevent it without some 
kind of load balancing on the routers.

So Bill Clinton is having a party for the experts.
