Which is why my idea involves a URI scheme that has a schema-specific part
that corresponds to HTTP. What I am suggesting is that if one has the right
to

    http://www.sprynet.com/megginson/MyNamespace

then one has the right to:

    hname://www.sprynet.com/megginson/MyNamespace

The only difference is one is explicitly stating in the latter that it is
irretrievable.
