The following are the changes since the Proposed Recommendation:

The xsl:version attribute is required on a
literal result element used as a stylesheet (see [Literal Result Element as Stylesheet]).

The data-type attribute on xsl:sort
can use a prefixed name to specify a data-type not defined by
XSLT (see [Sorting]).
