Thank you for the feedback, and sorry for the confusion. You're right, 
when you click the download button it presents all the plugins 
descriptions, rather than a direct download.
You can simply drag and drop the button directly onto Oxygen, and the 
installation will start automatically.
Or you can go to Oxygen and install the add-on using "Help > Install new 
add-ons" action, and search for Saxon.

We've already logged an issue in our tracker to make the installation 
steps clearer on that page.
