Just to make sure I understand it: could someone briefly explain the semantic difference between the two formulations? By the way -- the runtime improvement is spectacular. The same 40 MB file that previously took about 20 minutes now finishes in roughly 2 seconds. Many thanks to all of you who contributed for the expert guidance! Best regards, Susanne
