You could also put it in an element with class="noxslt" and of course
hide that element with your XSLT stylesheet.
On some of the pages on www.fromoldbooks.org i have some simple
JavaScript that detects common ad blockers, and uses the ad space to
put a message pointing to the donation page.
Possibly i should do the same with a noscript element there too.
