I just think that those (other than Dimitre) that have created libraries
haven't found the time to respond. There are XSLT libraries, like TAN
https://textalign.net/ (by Joel Kalvesmaki), Transpect
https://github.com/transpect (not pure XSLT but a larger framework using
XSLT and XProc), to name only two.
