I've done 50Gb using Saxon-EE in XSLT streaming mode, but once you're
streaming, there are no hard limits.

I wrote up one use case in 2009 - see

At that time 230Mb was a bit extreme, things have moved on a bit in 15 years
but there are still practical limits.
