Experience with XML-based documentary editions, in particular hands-on
management of workflow for born-digital and/or letterpress conversions, will
be helpful; or experience with similar archival digital humanities projects.
Any additional programming skills relevant to XML-based collections (e.g.
Python/Perl, Unix-ish command-line tools) would be a bonus.
