Note - the editor was discontinued; if i ever knew why i don't now
remember, but it may have been performance issues. It was super

Once, i got to see a live GUI-based DSSSL tool that was really really
interesting; alas it used Sun's windowing system that was later dropped
in favour of DisplayPostscript, in a deal with Adobe to port Photoshop
and Illustrator.
Yes, you're absolutely spot on, XSL-FO is great for embedded
applications like the restaurant chain's menus.
