I meant

tokenize($fileHref,'/')[last()] ) || $outDir || '/' ||   substring-before(
tokenize($fileHref,'/')[last()] ,'.xml') || '-Formatted.xml'"/>

I can also take tokenize($fileHref,'/')[last()] in a variable and use it in
the string operation above. But is there a better way ?
