Ok, just sending a short message to test the list accepts it.
Replying to a message seems to cause Outlook to send in base64.
Or maybe it's just replying to a message by Dave Pawson. Dave, what email
program are you using ? Any other reports of it forcing Outlook to send
base64 ?
