What is the standard way of getting the absolute path to a stylesheet
so that references in the result tree can be resolved relative to it.

For instance if one was creating HTML and wanted to reference some
javascript that was stored relative to the stylesheet (in the same
directory for example).

It seems this looks unusually awkward to do.
