I guess my processor does support it.
Can you tell me which namespace I have to use for xpath3 ?!

Also I can't seem to figure out how to enable it in saxon.

If your XSLT processor already supports the two-argument form of round
(XPath 3.0), you can just use round(1351.845, 2).
