The only class I'm aware of called SAXBuilder is the one in JDOM.

If the documentation supplied here

http://www.jdom.org/docs/apidocs/org/jdom/input/SAXBuilder.html

isn't sufficient, then please ask on a JDOM list. It's off-topic for this list.
