I had used XMLSpy a while ago, and it supports associating Xalan as
well as an XSLT engine (i think this can be done somewhere at windows
-> options i guess -- you can look at XMLSpy's documentation).
I believe, XMLSpy uses MSXSL as it's default XSLT engine, when it runs
on windows.
