Hi Jack,

Besides the regex (see Wolfgang's and Dr. Kay's responses), I also find the
following suspect:

<xsl:when test="$TELEPHONE_AREA_CODE = ''FAIRYLAND">

Probably just a typo, and should be:

<xsl:when test="$TELEPHONE_AREA_CODE = 'FAIRYLAND'">
