Subject: Read from 2 xml files and sum values!

Hi All.
I have a need to read 2 xml files and make a count of the numbers in
them and write out as a text file. Currently, I am doing it with one
xml file as input which is straight forward. I am not sure how to read
2 xml files. Can some one please educate me ?
The request xml files are identical...
request xml file - 1:

<MessageCounts>
<Monitor class="CountMonitor">IncomingRequest</Monitor>
<Total>152</Total>
</MessageCounts>
request xml file - 2:

<MessageCounts>
<Monitor class="CountMonitor">IncomingRequest</Monitor>

</MessageCounts>
