I'm using fop .95 and creating a basic link in the resulting pdf. The
link works but always opens in the active window. I create the
following link - <fo:basic-link text-decoration="underline"
external-destination="http://fal-devvmdash1:55013/Views/PassThru.aspx?043Pmhb%26r%29M%20w-*3*R095"
show-destination="new">894041</fo:basic-link>

In looking at the fop documentation this seems to have been added but
fails in my pdf.
