Careless typing when describing your problem can greatly increase the
difficulty of understanding the problem and providing a solution; it also
greatly reduces the number of people prepared to make the effort to help
you.

Similarly, failing to hold the shift key down when typing someone's
Christian name suggests that you are not prepared to put much effort in,
which will in turn reduce the effort that people are prepared to make to
help you. It sounds a trivial point, but if you want free help, appearances
matter.
