<xsl:template match="@xmlns:xsi" />
xmlns:xsi is not an attribute so can't be accessed with @.
Just delete this template.
<xsl:template match="node()">
<xsl:copy>
That copies the namespace that are in scope, which you don't want so
as described earlier:
<xsl:template match="node()">
<xsl:element name="{name()}">
and add omit-result-prefixes="xsi" to your xsl:stylesheet
